Do you sell loose diamonds?
Yes, we do sell loose Earth-created and lab-created diamonds.

What kind of diamonds do you bring in?
We offer both Earth-created and lab-created diamonds at Cœur. Each stone is handpicked based on our customer's criteria. We only carry diamonds graded D to F in colour, of clarity VS2 and higher. We do not carry diamond simulants.

How do I determine my ring size?

Please make an appointment with us. We will measure your ring size during the meeting. If the ring is meant to be a surprise, you may bring along your partner's existing ring, one that fits on the ring finger. We will measure the ring size accordingly.

 

If you are an overseas customers, wrap a string around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen. Measure the string or paper with a ruler. We will advise your ring size base on your finger circumference.

Do you offer re-sizing services?
We offer one complimentary re-sizing per ring.

Do you provide engraving services?

We offer complimentary simple engraving services for all engagement rings and bands. For other jewellery, please reach out to us should you require engraving. Engraving services for other jewellery may be provided free-of-charge on a case-by-case basis.

Why do you have limited ready pieces?

We believe in quality over quantity. With our longstanding relationships with our partners, we are able to enjoy competitive pricing without bulk order. We do not engage in bulk buy for quantity discounts from factories. This way, customers can also be assured that we do not sell them outdated stock.

How long does it take for my order to be made?

Made-to-order pieces are generally ready for collection within 3 weeks. More complex designs may require 5 to 8 weeks.

Do you ship overseas?

We are able to ship internationally via FedEx. The shipping fee would depend on the destination location. Please contact us to find out more.
